Laura Mundo Marxer directed this play during the 1952-53 season and her biography from the program's pages reads as such:
For thirteen years Laura has been an active member of the Guild. She has been a member of the Board of Governors, directed "George Washington Slept Here," "Chicken Every Sunday," "Blithe Spirit" and "Jennie Kissed Me," the opening production of the playhouse. She wrote and directed a one act and has acted in several one acts.
Laura received her training in Boston with the Boston Reportory Players as well as other stock companies in the east. She was Womans Editor for WKMH radio station, and is well known in her present capacity as Midge in the WWJ-TV Play School program.
