The front cover of "Flying Saucer Up-Day" by Laura Mundo, another of her 1960s & '70s free publications espousing the world of soul-mind earthlings freely intermingling with Venusians on this test-planet Earth. I believe that the expression is a take on "Green Up Days" of the 1970s which attempted to clean up vast swaths of trash in our parks and on so-called unspoiled land.
